Kotestu is an energetic kid who loves super heroes. He even has his own super awesome super power! For sporadic amounts of time all of his physical abilities are enhanced a hundred times. He has difficulty controlling this though, and while it left him a little alienated in the school yard he's determined to get his power under control so that one day he can become a super awesome hero who saves everyone, just like his own hero, Mr. Legend.
